I started getting pedicures at Vogue Nails about 5 years ago. They were the absolute BEST place for a pedicure. Better than Dosha... Better than so many other places I tried. They really took their time, did a wonderful job, gave a long foot and leg massage, and the lovely experience lasted an hour. I went for a pedicure today, at the Lombard location, and it took less than 30 minutes. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am so disappointed. I will not be going back, and this makes me so sad. I LOVED Vogue Nails, I sent all my friends there, brought my family there, I bought gift certificates. No more. All done. I wonder if they care that their service has deteriorated to this unacceptable level.
Pros: Nice massage chairs, good workmanship
Cons: You will feel rushed. 30 minutes for a pedicure. quick massage. not as good as it used to be.
