Our waiter was fun and not stuffy. what they call smoking the steak, i call burnt on the outside. i did not cut in the middle of the steak to see that it was cooked as i ordered it and the condisending manager brought that to my attention. I would not eat there again. i have had much better steaks cooked to perfection without being black on the outside.
Pros: the waiter was fun.
Cons: the steak was black on the outside.
