I was visiting Denver from LA and dined here and I must tell you that the salads and pastas were beyond fantastic!!!! We ordered a few different ones and shared them and each one was better than the other. The ambiance is sleek and modern and has a hip cool vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender/waiter was beyond rude. I asked him for wine by the glass recommendations and with a very pompous attitude said ""every wine is amazing""...I asked him for his top two pasta favorites and he said, ""every pasta is amazing"". Then went I asked for some parmesan cheese on my pasta he looked at me and said ""you don't need cheese on our pasta...it comes out perfect"" however, I told him I wanted some and he got angry and said, ""unbelievable"" and smirked at me as if I insulted his food. At the end of the night the manager came up to us and took us through a tour of the wine room...very nice of him. Definitely try this restaurant...however, if you see a short bartender...stay away from him.
