I love Peet's coffee, but this particular location lacks in customer service. There seems to be a managerial problem because it's as if no one told the employees that the customer is very important, and that we need fast, efficient service. We want our cofffee asap, so as the employees gab and giggle to each other behind the counter while a line of 6 or 7 people are standing there watching...it's infuriating.
