This is not an honest vendor. I found a jacket in her shop with a stain on it. It was originally marked $125 and it was 1/2 off. Because of the stain, she agreed to have it dry cleaned and, if the stain came off, I would pay her for the cleaning and $62.50 for the jacket. She was going to call me when it returned from the cleaners. I didn't hear from her so I visited her shop and found the jacket back on display priced at $150! She acknowledged that we had made an arrangement but that the deal was off and it was now $150. She was insulting and abusive and said I could either pay the price or leave her store.
