I am surprised nobody has reviewed this service company before. I just finished my second very good experience with Tri-County. This time I called them on Monday A.M. with a broken washing machine. They didn't promise anything, they just delivered. By 10 a.m. I was told the repair technician was on the way. He arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My washing machine was back on line by 11 a.m. I haven't had a lot of success with service companies in Sevier County. This company is a keeper.
Pros: Delivered a repairman faster than I could have expected.
Cons: None that I can see.
