I got a nice haircut, and that's about where the positives end. Apparentley the girl I talked to on the phone didn't think it was essential to put my appointment into the computer system to when I went in, the guy at the front desk could not find my appointment. HE was very nice about it and rescheduled me for later that day and told me the haircut would be comped b/c of the appointment mess-up, but it was still inconveniet and embarrassing. When I came back later I was treated like a child (I am 19) and felt belittled. My stylist even made some (in my opinion) insulting comments about my hair and dying it at home. Over all I felt as though they didn't think I was an important client b/c of my age and b/c I wasn't a rich, middle-aged woman.
