Our Bosch kitchen hood broke, and K+N was recommended by Bosch for service. For the first visit, the technician checked the wrong appliance (everything is OK!) due to the fact that the dispatcher made wrong statement on the repair invoice, despite that i had faxed my instructions, and talked to the technician at the day of service. They initially charged us for the visit, but after complaining, we were able to obtain an additional visit after two long weeks. The technician came by and found that the motor was broken. Parts needed to be ordered. He charges us only this visit, which was fair, but he promised to send us a quote for repair. We heard nothing for an entire week, and i called to hear what is going on. The manager promised to call me the next day, but no response. I ended up ordering the parts and repaired it myself. I don't understand why they didn't get their act together. Bad service and unreliable.
