I had to take my cat in for emergency care. The vet was wonderful, but I ran into the first problem when billing didn't start on the day scheduled. I had set it up for them to deduct from my account every Friday. Friday came and went, and nothing was deducted. I tried calling them, and finally got a hold of the head of billing on Tuesday. They told me that they didn't deduct because I had not set up a schedule. I told them that I was looking at my copy of the billing schedule.
