We called Bishop Plumbing on Friday August 24 2007 to pump water out of our flooded basement. They said that they could not do anything unless we had power restored and they asked us to call them back when we had power. Then they proceeded to show up in our absence (still no power) and charged us $150. They denied they ever had a conversation regarding power and gave us all kinds of lies about a "generator".
