It was my first visit to Urban Waxxx to have my brows waxed. My appointment got re-scheduled on the day of service. However, Shannon agreed to give me a free service if I could rescheduled an hour early. Luckily, I had no other booking so I was ok with the rescheduling. Shannon was a very nice gal and welcomed me at the door! I felt so comfortable (and no pain - ok, very very little) during the service. She got the job done quickly and more importantly - she did a GREAT job! I definitely recommend her to the list! :)
