I have never been compelled to write a review before tonight. My friends and I were at Helium for a show and were having a great time, until the headliner, JOE MATARESE, came on. We were laughing along, even though he wasn't nearly as funny as the opening acts. We were whispering to each other about the things he was saying, because we were amused. We were then asked to leave because we were talking and disturbing Joe. Apparently he wanted to "punt [my friend's] head off" since he thought we were disrupting him. So we left and talked to a manager, Jeff, who basically told us it was our fault for laughing with each other and told us to leave. This place not only has pathetic acts who are too touchy for comedy but also have pitiable management who will stick by their pathetic acts rather than the insulted customer.
