While searching the Internet for someplace local that did Eyelash Extensions, I came across "Always at Peace Organic Day Spa". I was quite impressed with their web site & all of the many services they had to offer. So I decided to give them a call & inqiure about the cost of a set of extensions.
I placed a call to them on a Monday, the moment my call was answered I hear this, "AlwaysAtPeaceSpaCanYouHold!? CLICK, before I could even say "sure.". I am at my computer desk, & happen to glance at the time. So I wait, play a game of solitaire while I am waiting, then another; ok, I have been on hold for 7 minutes by now. I decide to wait a while longer... a couple more games of solitare, & I look at the clock on my computer! I have been on hold for over 12, yes you have it right TWELVE solid minutes & no one has even gotten back to me! The Spa may be the Bee's Knees, but if you have that kind of wait to even get set up for an appointment, I think I'll go someplace where they have time for me!
I'm SO sorry for the bad review, I hate writing them, but I felt that you needed to know that you have an itty bitty problem with your receptionist and/or bookings. :(
