Do not use this company without expecting to be frustrated. Poor communication between their sub contractors and office results in us not knowing what is going on. 2 months later, problems are still not fixed. Three people (at different times) looked at damaged trim they installed so it can be ordered and still, we do not know if it was ordered. We have never had a call from the office informing us of schedule changes; plus they make you feel like you are bothering them. In conclusion, if you want to be left in the dark, frustrated due to the lack of commutation and results, this is the company for you!
