I had an oil change at David Hobbs Honda. They failed to put sufficient amount of oil in my car. I did not realize this until my engine light and oil light came on. I put 4 quarts of oil in my car and the oil light went out. \r
I took my vehicle to Bolyand Honda to determine if there was any engine damage. Fortunately there was no damage. \r
I called the Service Department and tried to discuss the matter with a lady there (last name I believe is Norwood). While I was trying to let her know my side of the story, she hung up on me. \r
I then talked to Bruce and told him I was upset because she had hung up on me. At that time I was not concerned about the car, I was mad because she hung up on me. Of course he defended her. He was more concerned with not paying for any damage to my car another dealer was possibly repairing. At no time did I ask for compensation for any repairs. He just made that assumption. (We all know what assumptions are.) \r
