I went to Toyota of Plano to try and trade in my vehcile. The sales man who was originally from New Orleans and the Manager ,a slim african american sitting by the windows looking out to Preston were extremely unprofessional and rude. I had never experience something like this before. The manager slimply got up and walked away while I was still trying to talk to him. He never even tried shaking my hand. The sales man tells me ""see you dog"". \r
It's funny to see when you first purchase a vehicle everybody is all over you with great smiles,offering you a coke/water and just simply going the extra mile. The reason I came back to try and trade in my vehicle was because I was told by the Finance Manager (Vilen) that I could come back after two years and trade in my vehicle with no questions asked. Toyota of Plano, I will never do business with you ever again!!
