The problems began when I attempted to confirm my reservation and the person on the phone refused to help me. Instead, he told me to call the website that I booked through. Then, my friend, who was also staying at the hotel, left his credit card at the hotel bar overnight. The next morning, he had to go through a 30-minute ordeal with the desk staff because they refused to open the lock box.\r
