In my line of work (ad sales), I frequent many spas in New York with clients and I was so pleased with my recent appointments at Silk. My colleague and I took a small group of clients to Silk to treat them and I was blown away at how easy the staff at Silk made it for us. Upon arrival, the friendly staff took over and made sure that we were as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The beautiful locker room and ""relaxation area"" really made an impression on my clients and the therapist were ?out of this world"" as one client put it. We had a caterer deliver a few small treats to enjoy after our service and the staff took care of everything and set up a beautiful display for us while we were in our treatments. It's obvious they've definitely done this before and are very comfortable with accommodating groups. From booking to saying goodbye this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!
