Staff was unhelpful and misleading. I was told to pick up at given time and was closed. Poor overall experience with the rental of the tuxedo. Waisted over 2 hours for pick-up.
Pros: Does a cheap tuxedo rental price helps you if you can't pick it up?
Cons: customer service unhelpful - mislead about time for pick-up.
