The Carpet Dryclean crew was polite, prompt, and professional. I was relieved to get a firm quote over the phone since I had precise measures of the square footage of my home. While the prices are considerably higher than the ubiquitous steam cleaners around town, there was no upselling for extra services by the crew (as promised). \r

In addition, the results were much better than the steam cleaners. While not every single stain came out, the carpets look great, and the cleaning renewed our terribly worn and stained livingroom/dining room carpeting (two children under four will do a number on any carpet) for at least another year or too. And no drying time was a great benefit as we had tenants moving in the next morning.
Pros: Thorough cleaning that won't damage your carpets or shorten their life
