Professional. Courteous and On Time! In less than one hour did an amazing job cleaning my 700 sq ft down stairs area and a flight of stairs. Removed all stains (and I have 2 dogs). Carpet looked brand new. Best of all the carpet was dry at the end of the cleaning and we could walk on it right away. This is the 2nd time I use them and am equally impressed.
