I would definitely recommend this service. The time that lapsed between my call for service and the actual scheduling was brief. Miguel Polo (lead- technician) was prompt. They were very informative regarding future care of my carpet. They were definitely effective. I am more than pleased with the results. The process was carried out in a clean, mess-free manner. I appreciate the advise given regarding my vacuum cleaner and its use. I look forward to utilizing the services again. This is not my first time and will definitely not be my last.
