This was a great experience. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful, and friendly. My service technicians gave me a few different options and estimates and let me choose what I wanted according to what I was willing to spend. The men were fast, and thorough. My carpets look great and I can feel good about letting my two little boys play on the carpet without worrying about the chemicals. I also loved that the carpets were not wet and were ready to use immediately. I am very satisfied and would reccomend them to anyone.
