ive lived in santa monica for 20 years now and i never knew this salon existed... it must have appeared out of thin air i swear! i wandered in yesterday (sunday) and was completely taken back! The girl at the front desk sharlette gave me tour of the salon and let me drink coffe and eat cookies for free! I didnt make a reservation yet because i cant afford it right now but as soon as i can i cant wait to get my hair done.
Pros: great customer service!!!
Cons: no price list to take with me
