After having gone to Toni's for a while for another dog, I was surprised to hear from friends that they stopped going there because Toni called their dog aggressive and stated that the dog needed expensive lessons that Toni provides. I didn't want to believe this because I was satisfied with her service, although it was a bit pricey. Then, she actually said the same thing about my new pooch. I have gone to other groomers now and have never heard anything but positive reviews. Maybe this is that Toni needs clients for her training, or maybe she doesn't possess talented staff that is able to handle the dogs correctly. Either way, I will never return.
Pros: finishes dogs in a timely manner
Cons: expensive and tries to bully you into enrolling in lessons
