I started with a bad back that pills and massage didn't fix. A friend recommended Wade the accupuncturist and with skepticism I surrendered. Low and behold, I was cured. I now go every week for spiritual energy flow and to keep my back from hurting due to marathon training and long sits on chairs. Then I discovered Dan and pilates. I had no idea what pilates was but I tried it for fun. After a week I touched my toes!!! This is very exciting for me. I touched my toes. I'm so excited about my future growth here.
