I do not understand this place by any means. They do not treat the customer with warmth at all. There are sooooo many other places. When I went to this place I did not have an appointment which I never usually make one at any other place. They all made the biggest deal about the fact that I didn't have an appointment and made me VERY uncomfortable. My husband had bought me some lunch and gave it to me right before he met me to take our baby home so I could treat myself to a mani/pedi. I had started to eat it as they caucused about whether they could accomadate me or not and then she came and said hurry up and we can fit you in, oh and you will have to leave your food here because you will probably drop it in the tub. How rediculous! I am not 2. I am a paying customer. Other places I have been to would never treat a customer like a child. this place is just pain awful. Please do not support these rude people!
Cons: very rud and when my mani was complete it looked awful and I still had hangnails
