I moved to Eagle Rock about a year ago and was pleased to find a breakfast place within walking distance form my house. I have tried Pat and Loraine's 3 times and each time with a different friend or family member. Each time we go, we leave disappoined with the customer service. The servers are very rude and treated us like we were bothering them whenever we asked for something...like a refill of coffee.\r
The owner rolled her eyes when a friend of mine asked her a question. I will never go back. Businesses must treat their customers better if they expect to be competitive with newer, hipper places to eat. Three strikes and Pat and Loraine's is O-U-T!! Perhaps they will get bought out soon by a smarter business person.
