My experience at Lbc Mabuhay USA Corp in this location was very disappointing. The serive that I received from Champ Abesola (note sure if this is the correct spelling) was very unprofessional and rude. He was very sarcastic and arrogant. I happen to be a customer of LBC here in the Southern California since 2004 and I have never encounter a person so uncarring and lack of customer service experience. He refused to give a service just because we didn't answer his question correctly. We felt that he didn't asked the right questions regarding a simple transaction for a ATM bilis padala. We've been a customer in that location where this person Champ works and have been buying Philippine tickets in the pass. You as a corporate shouldn't tolerate this type of behavior in any of your stores. If you want people like us to keep continuing to do business w/ you, please take appropriate action so that we don't have to go anywhere else. I surely appreciate it.\r
