Sadly, after ordering from Hoffmans for years (since it's been there), I too noticed a downhill in prices going high, and customer service. A cake I ordered wasn't on time and they had to rush to get it ready. The princess torte is still incredibly delicious. I think the place could use some smiles and some positive outlook. Seems like the employee turnover rate is high there.
