I received the worst customer serive from this restaurant on July 4, 2007!!! I waiting for over 2 hours to get my TAKE OUT sushi order, was treated horribly after asking for a partial refund for the wait after the fact that they had completely forgotten about my order, and now am handling them not telling the truth to the a certain reporting agency that helps customers that have received bad customer service. They are claiming that it took me 20-30 minutes to place my order (which it took less than 5), that my order was not forgotten about, that their ATM swiper is an hour off (which according to my watch wasn't), etc. The food was good (even though they didn't provide my complete order), but the customer service was horrible...I will NEVER go back to this restaurant! Pros: None...I would never go to this restaurant again. Cons: Horrible Customer Service, did not receive my full order, etc. more
