This place definitely serves the best burgers in Dallas. All of the ingredients are very fresh and are high quality. The servings are large, the service is quick, the place is always clean, and the atmosphere in pleasant. Aside from the burgers, they have excellent shakes (the peaches and cream is my favorite). They used to serve hand battered onion rings, but stopped serving them- I wish they'd bring those back. Even with all of the road construction going on in the Deep Ellum area, Twisted Root is worth going to. \r

P.S. They only serve dinner a few nights per week, so make sure they're open.
