I don't think the employees even know whats on the menu.\r
We saw the menu online and decided to get some Sushi take out from Beluga in Round Rock. You would think, we wouldn't run into poor service when you only need to pick up food. Well, we called to place our order and had to repeat our order about 5 times before the lady on the line finally understood (or so we thought!). Five minutes later our phones rings (after we close the website with the menu and rates), and the same lady informs us that the chicken skewers were not available. Could we substitute it with Teriyaki Chicken? There was some god awful mucsic playing in the back ground and we could barely hear her. We said ok not knowing that it cost more than 3 times what we ordered. It wasn't even worth it. Never again! \r
The only thing good about the place is the sushi. I would rather drive to Austin than next door to beluga. \r
Pros: Good Sushi
Cons: Awful service, employees don't know what they are doing half the time.
