I have to chime in with all the praises for this wonderful restaurant. Not as famous as its neighbors Aqua, Perbacco, and Boulevard, it has been delivering the most warmhearted and aesthetically pleasing dining experiences to me and my colleagues for years. I would much rather be treated with the personal care and the consistently delicious cuisine, in this absolutely gorgeous setting, than be another anonymous number at one of its pretentious rivals. The owner is the perfect host, gracious, polished and attentive, and his professionalism and kindness trickles down through the entire staff, most of whom have been there for years. The menu is up to date and delicious Cal-Med cuisine, accessible to the upscale financial district clientele. Everything is very good. And the dining room is breathtakingly beautiful; museum quality paintings, marble shelves decorated with orchids and other delightful touches, a wall to ceiling glass view of spectacular 101 California plaza.
Pros: Warmhearted and impeccable service
