I have used this company for many occasions, but the last time was it for me. Every time I have requested a car, I have always made sure the tip was included on my credit card before our event so we had nothing to worry about. On multiple occasions, the drivers would ask for more. The last time this happened I turned to him and said, ""You were taken care of right?"" He shugged his shoulders and said, ""Well, I guess..."" and rolled his eyes at me. That was the last time because this had happened to one of my clients too that I told car service was taken care of and she was given the same sob story. The management really needs to look over their drivers and make sure they aren't hussling people for more money. I would stay away from this company and every rude employee there. They are embarrassing the management.
