Cobble creek apartments is an average apartments complex ranging from the $575-810 right now (2007) it is undergoing some renovations. It isn't a very new or gorgeous complex but it isn't dirty, scary, or falling apart either. There aren?t any over the top amenities but that?s what brings the price down. The people around aren?t mean, but don't expect anyone to ask if you need help moving your stuff in. It isn't noisy and has a fairly good location for Tomball. The managment is fairly nice. It is a great place if you have pets, especially dogs. Not the worst apartments but not the best either. You get what you pay for.
