The service department is absolutly rude, and unprofessional. I've experienced this on several occasions. I have had to make calls to a manager twice. The lastest was when I received a safety recall for my Jeep. I've been waiting 7 months for a part, and each time I called to check on it, they were very rude. I called the Jeep dealer in Pleasant Hills, and they got me in the next day!
