I have to stay that it cost me over $200 to fix their mistake. I had to go back to the salon I went to before which was out of state. After relocating to the area, I thought I could find a great salon my reading the reviews. Not the case. I asked for one color and received something very different. They offered to fix my hair, but I have to admit I was afraid for them to wreck it any further. The worst part about my experience there is that I no longer trust anyone in Raleigh to do my hair. I should have known when others made a face when I mentioned the salon. The lighting also makes your hair look different, I gave the person a great tip and i only wish I never would have gone there. My hair will never be the same. Go to a different salon, any have to be better than this.
