I had my second appointment today, but being new to the area and having been there only one time, I got lost. I tried to call, but no one answered and I had to leave a message. Ten minutes or so later, someone finally called me back. Despite stating on the message that I was lost, she did not offer me directions but rather just informed the the stylist would be unable to do my hair since I would be 15 minutes late. She said the stylist's next appointment was already there (they schedule 15 mintes apart??), so I would need to reschedule. I told her I couldn't as I am getting married this weekend and offered that she didn't have to wash it since I just had. I was then told she could do a wet cut, no drying. This was unacceptable to me as I have curly hair that I wear straight and I need to see it dried, so then she said someone else could dry it, but if it needed adjusting, I would have to wait because she would be with someone else. At this point, I was so frustrated I just told them to forget it. I didn't want someone rushing through a haircut, handing me off to someone else and then possibly not being able to adjust the cut after it was dry. Not the day before I leave to get married - forget it. She just said ""oh, sorry"" and that was that. And, in all that time, never once offered me directions or assistance and I was still lost. If they had answered the phone, or called me right back and helped me, I wouldn't have been lost. And I find it really hard to believe that they schedule appointments 15 minutes apart. I have only been once, and did enjoy the cut, but I will be finding somewhere new. Obviously they have so many clients they don't need me anyway. Pros: Nice salon, nice cut, owners quick to fix a bad situation more
