I dined at Hotpoint on a recent Saturday evening. Only one waitress was on duty, which made for a loooooong dining experience. She told us to have a seat outside, then forgot we were there. We eventually went inside to place our orders. When the food finally came out, she delivered two plates (out of four) first, then made several trips in and out to help other tables. Finally, she delivered the remaining two plates. Those drinking beer were offered another round only once, and those drinking soda were never offered refills. Our check was never brought to the table, so we finally went inside to get it and pay.
Pros: Great pizza
Cons: Terrible, slow service
