I went to the spa with my grandma who had come from Michigan for my birthday to spend the day with me. I haven't lived in Carmel for that long and got lost on the way there (still leaving 45 minutes early). We called the spa and told them we would be late and they said it would be fine. When we got there they said we would have to pay for the whole thing and we only got a 5 minute massage. (supposed to be 30 minutes) I understand that we were late but the manager wouldn't even come and talk to us. It was ridiculous and not a birthday well spent. I will never go back there again.
