I had a great pedicure for $20! That is the cheapest one I've had for the quality and long lasting service I experienced. I think I had Lisa. She was friendly, attentive, and very detail oriented.
Pros: Pleasant, always has time for walk-ins
Cons: Would enjoy longer massages with mani/pedi
