I left my dog there several times and was always disturbed at the way that some of the staff treated humans. Karen, one of the owners, never smiled, was always very unfriendly, often rude. Some of the people handling the dogs seemed to treat them appropriately but after a few times staying there my dog didn't really want to go there so I was getting concerned about how she was really being treated.
