Employees' product knowledge is atrocious. I have been in for various hair products to try. I am a hairstylist so I like to be able to talk to my clients about different products. The sales folks do not know how the products really work. I have been given incorrect info on every single item I have ever tried. I finally gave up and will never go back. Also, the music was so loud it was hard to have a coherent thought, much less hear another person talking over the blaring noise... AND the employees were barely civil, hurried and pushy.
