Love it. I've only started going and the first time, I have to admit, I was pretty sore afterwards, but it gets better. The time flies by and you feel like you are really part of a group effort going back and forth between the cardio machines and the weight training. As hard as it is, it seems to fly by and then you feel geeat all day, knowing you've done a great workout for your body. Plus, the instructors really know how to keep you motivated and make sure you are giving it your all througout the workout. And, they are right there to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, which is critical to great results.
