They never answer the phone, & won't return phone messages. We've waited almost 4 days for them to even BEGIN the work, and they never return messages to let us know whether the car is ready or not. Meanwhile, the car rental charges are adding up (it's been a full 7 days now). It's been an enormous hassle and very expensive. more
