Hong Kong Station is in the vain of Panda Express. You point and choose what chinese food you want, but everything is noodle related. You can pick from many types of noodles like ramen, flat egg noodles, udon, etc. What makes this place even more unique is that right now as of 2007, nearly everything cost 1 dollar. The noodles cost 1 dollar and the sides like fishballs, mushrooms, choy, etc cost 1 dollar as well. At first it might seem cheap, but the cost will add up when you start adding on the sides. On my first visit, I made the mistake of ordering just 1 dollar worth of noodles and a whole lot of sides when I should have gotten 2 dollars worth of noodles and less sides. That would have been more filling and costed less money.
Pros: A place to get a real asian noodle meal
Cons: Everything is 1 dollar, but the price adds up
