I have to agree with ""cinderella_citygirl"" and ""ameliachiu"". I discourage ALL brides and bridesmaids from purchasing from I Do Bridal. I agree that they have an excellent selection of dresses and have excellent customer service- AT FIRST. However, the wonderful customer service ends after the dress/dresses are purchased. Two of my bridesmaid dresses were ordered in the wrong color and they did not take responsibility for the error, forcing us to keep the wrong dresses and order 2 more in the correct color. In addition to that they were very rude and were not sypathetic at all to our situation. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough without these kind of issues. I would not suggest purchasing anything from them.
Pros: Great selection of dresses.
Cons: Horrible customer service.
