I went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were not busy. The ""consultant"" that assisted me was annoyed at the list of dresses I prepared (5 dresses). There bathroom was disgusting, they don't offer you any water, bad service all around. They don't use clips so you can get an idea of what it looks like once altered, and they just have an overall bad attitude. The dress I chose was amazing but not online; I called in to get a style # and they REFUSED to give it to me for fear I'd buy somewhere else. Luckily I took a pic of me in it and I've contacted the designer to explain the situation. If they were this shady about ordering the dress, I could only imagin the nightmare they would have put me through had I ordered from them.
