The worst customer service I have ever gotten from an automotive shop. My car was in by 8:00 AM and I authorized the work by 10:00 AM. No one called me to tell me the car would not be done until the next day. I called them late in the afternoon and received this information. I was told as an excuse ""you are not our only customer"". I simply explained that I would have rather had my appointment refused than to deal with my car being in the shop for two days. The ultimate response to this disagreement was that I was hung up on. I called back and spoke with the owner. Though he was nice, I simply refuse to give my business and money to a place that treats customers this way. I had them put the car back together as is, picked it up and had to take it elsewhere.
